Do you consciously surround yourself with peers who push you to grow?
In the earlier days of my business, I kept finding myself in groups with other coaches where I was the most successful person in the room. Other coaches often wanted to “pick my brain,” and although I gave back generously to my community, I really craved being around people who were just as successful — and even more successful — than me so I could expand my thinking and up-level my business.
When I sought out these higher-level groups, what I found were a lot of guru-led masterminds that required a huge investment ($30k and up) and often a week’s worth of travel for every gathering. Not only that, but in my experience, many of these groups took a very formulaic approach to business building. The attitude was, “This is how you do it“ and everyone was expected to get on board and execute in this cookie cutter way. It just didn’t resonate with me in any way, shape or form.
Ultimately, I never found the perfect group I was looking for with a mix of 1:1 high level support and a group of smart, successful coaches I admired. It’s the very reason why I decided to create the mastermind program I wish I’d had “back in the day.”
I call it my “Diamond Mastermind”. Each cohort is intimate (limited to six participants) and our discussions are rich, meaningful and actionable.
Since I started the first Diamond Mastermind Cohort back in May, I’ve had a total blast. I absolutely love leading this group, and my clients love it, too! (Just last week I heard three people remark, “I love this group!”)
Because it’s been so successful, I’m starting a second Diamond Mastermind Cohort that kicks off in October. In addition to monthly one-on-one coaching sessions with me, the group comes together twice per month over Zoom: once to mastermind as a cohort, and once with all my clients for bonus content from me or a guest expert speaker.
This Cohort is specifically geared toward corporate-focused coaches who already have a full plate and a full practice most of the time, but feel constantly busy.
The group may be for you if:
- You’re enjoying some of your work, but end up saying “yes” to engagements that can be draining or boring.
- You’d really like to make more money but not work so darn hard to get there.
- You feel like you’re hustling to keep your bank account where you want it and worry that if you become more discerning that opportunities will dry up.
There are still a few slots open in this Cohort, so if you are “leaning in” and you want to know more, reach out for a business breakthrough session with me. Click here for more information and to set up a call.
With appreciation,
Tara Butler Floch
